Dear IMCWMA Partners: although I have on my schedule that the IMCWMA 
should meet this Thursday, I am in the middle of putting in a big effort 
to get Phase I finished so that we can move on the main components of 
the project.  I would like to get a report on Phase I to the sponsor by 
the end of the month.

So instead of taking the time out to prepare and hold a meeting, I would 
like to have an e-mail exchange.  I have some materials finished or 
partially drafted.  I will send you links of the draft materials when 
they are in a sufficiently finished state to warrant your attention, and 
will include a date when comments are due.  If you have no specific 
comments, could you please send me an e-mail that you successfully 
obtained the document and are OK with it?
Otherwise, I may be contacting you to verify that you are receiving 
these mailings.
If you have any difficulties with the download or opening the document, 
please let me know.

Formats Available
DOC (110k)- editable version in MS Word format
ODT (16K)- the original, this format is only usable if you use OpenOffice
PDF (60K)- can be read but not edited by Adobe Acrobat or other free PDF 
viewers


I will send additional messages over the next few weeks with links to 
the other Phase I deliverables.
I really appreciate your contributions.
As always, your effort spent on IMCWMA activities, or weed management 
within our area, may count as matching funds towards our required 1:1 match.
This is a very important part of the Phase I report.
Please keep track of your efforts and send me a compilation by 
2007/05/28, preferably using the form at
