[IMCWMA Partners] Partner Approvals: by August 8

Dear IMCWMA Partners:
Because of the urgent need to discuss the 2009 Funding Plans, there were 
several items that I did not have time to bring up at our last meeting, 
but are urgent in their own respects because your approval is needed to 
bring these items forward as deliverables for the NFWF project (final 
report due Aug 30, 2008).

You have all received emails describing these documents, with links for 
full download, prior to the May 2008 General WMA meeting. I have not 
received any comments back on these documents, so I am assuming they are 
agreeable to everyone. However, I would like to have a record of this 
vote, to be somewhat official about it.

Please vote:
            (+1) to approve, (0) won't block, (-1) block
for each item below.
This is a consensus-style vote: if anyone returns a -1 (block) we will 
bring the document back to the next WMA meeting (probably January) for 
further review.
