The choices have been narrowed down considerably already-
The possibilities are Thursday May 15 or Friday May 16 at 3PM.
I haven't heard from everyone - for those who haven't responded, please 
let me know as soon as possible if you have a conflict with either of 
those times.

Please "pencil in" those dates so we don't lose our free slot in this 
busy time of the year!
I will get back to you as to the location and a more detailed agenda.
