Spreadsheet is attached this time. As to deadlines, lets say Friday 
April 3 for a target.

For the Supplemental Proposal, a minimum cost-share of 50:50 is 
required, and extra points are received if cost-share is greater. Please 
send me your cost-share information as soon as possible. (proposal 
deadline is April 7, please send me information in enough time to 
process it BEFORE the deadline)

Matching fund estimates of two types
1. Specific Matching funds directly related to proposed projects. In 
particular, gorse removal at any location in Mendocino County, knotweed 
removal and related revegetation, and surveys of 2008 fire-related 
disturbance. Must be expended in calendar years 2010-2011. Breakdown as 
follows
  a. by states fiscal year: there are 3 periods Jan-Jun 2010, Jul 
2010-Jun 2011, Jul-Dec 2011
  b. by line item:
        >personnel (title, permanent or seasonal, number of hours and 
value per hour)
        >operating expenses: equipment, supplies, mileage, herbicide 
(name of item, quantity, per unit value)
  See attached spreadsheet for the format.
2. General Matching funds including "time and mileage for WMA meetings, 
WMA educational events, cooperative control projects involving more than 
one member of the WMA, funded WMA projects through other grants." This 
is reported as as single value- no breakdown is required.


In both cases, qualified match includes direct funding (grants, etc), as 
well as in-kind such as value of equipment use, products, paid labor at 
burdened value, volunteer labor at $20/hr.
